When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.
Personalized, 'embossed' orders are not returnable unless the folders themselves are defective.
How do I return an item?
Contact us Toll Free at 1-888-266-0731 to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions. Our customer service hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST Monday through Friday. Please do not return any products to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#). Products returned to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#) will be refused.
Repack the products in the original packaging materials we used to ship them to you. Clearly write your Return Authorization in large numbers (RA#) on the outside of the original shipping box. Ship your products to us at the address we provide you, with a tracking number for proof of delivery. The cheapest trackable method for returning your item(s) is UPS Ground Commercial.

*After all of the above steps are complete and we receive your product we will issue a refund.

How Do I Exchange an Item?
If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, please call us at 1-888-266-0731. We will be able to exchange your order. Often we can cross-ship with you, to minimize the wait time.
